Network Installation &
Structured Wiring
in Toronto
Cat6 data drops, rack builds, AV pre-wire, outdoor audio, Wi-Fi access points, and tested low-voltage infrastructure — for homes, condos, offices, and commercial spaces across the city and GTA.
(647) 464-0606Every Low-Voltage Run,
Covered in One Scope
Most wiring problems are planning problems. We map drop locations first, confirm routes, run cables cleanly to a central rack or panel, then terminate, label, and test every line before we leave. The result holds up under daily use and stays manageable when you add equipment later.
Structured Cat6 / Cat6A Cabling
Data drops for workstations, TVs, access points, POS terminals, and key endpoints. Terminated to wall plates and patch panels for a clean, serviceable finish.
Access Point Wiring
Hardwired Cat6 drops to ceiling or wall access point locations — planned for proper coverage across condos, homes, and commercial spaces rather than placed by guesswork.
Central Rack & Patch Panel
Organized rack or structured panel with clean routing, full labelling, and proper termination — so troubleshooting is fast and expansion doesn’t require rework.
Multi-TV Video Distribution
Cat6 runs to each TV zone with HDMI-extender-ready pathways. Sources stay centralized — easy to add screens or swap signal distribution hardware later.
Multi-Zone Audio Pre-Wire
16/2 or 14/2 speaker cable runs to in-ceiling and in-wall speaker locations, routed back to a central termination point. Cat6 added for on-wall control where the design calls for it.
Cameras, Doorbell & Blinds
Pre-wiring for security cameras, video doorbells, and motorized blinds — routed to a sensible central location so the finished install is clean and the system stays reliable.
Outdoor Audio Pre-Wire
Weatherproof speaker cable to patio, deck, and backyard locations, routed inside to a central amp point. Planned during landscaping or exterior work for a clean, invisible finish.
Backyard & Outdoor Wi-Fi
Cat6 drops to exterior access point locations — eaves, soffits, garage — so outdoor spaces have real Wi-Fi coverage rather than a weak signal bleeding through walls.
Pre-Construction &
Renovation Rough-Ins
When walls are open during a renovation or new build, structured wiring becomes significantly more cost-effective and far cleaner to execute. We review your floor plan, confirm drop locations for Ethernet, TV zones, in-ceiling speakers, cameras, doorbells, and smart-device wiring, then rough in clean routes to a central rack or panel location.
When the site is ready for termination, we return to complete the patch panel, label every drop, and test every line. Nothing gets buried in the walls without a plan.
- Floor plan review and planned drop locations before work starts
- Clean rough-in routes for Cat6, speaker cable, and camera wiring
- Outdoor audio and exterior Wi-Fi drops planned in the same scope
- Central rack or panel location chosen for serviceability
- Return visit for termination, labelling, and full line testing
- Practical pathways built in for future access points and new endpoints
Commercial & Mixed-Use
Wiring
Commercial spaces need wiring that holds up under real daily use. Offices need consistent data connectivity for workstations, conference rooms, and wireless infrastructure. Bars and restaurants need multi-TV zones that work reliably and a rack organized enough to troubleshoot quickly when something changes. We wire the full low-voltage scope — not just data drops.
Data Drops & Workstation Wiring
Cat6 to desks, POS terminals, printers, kiosks, and back-of-house equipment. Terminated with labelled wall plates and an organized patch panel.
Multi-TV Zone Wiring
Cat6 runs to each commercial screen with HDMI-extender-ready video pathways. Ideal for bars, restaurants, and waiting rooms that need multiple zones reliably.
70V & Multi-Zone Audio
Speaker cable runs for 70V distributed audio systems and multi-zone coverage. Planned for consistent sound across open floor plans and separate areas.
Conference Room AV Pre-Wire
Wiring for display mounts, video conferencing endpoints, and presentation hardware. Pairs with our conference room AV installation service.
Security Camera & NVR Wiring
Camera wiring routed to a sensible central location — NVR closet, back office, or AV rack — so footage stays accessible and the system is easy to service.
After-Hours Scheduling
Commercial wiring often needs to happen outside business hours. We schedule around your operation so disruption to staff and customers stays minimal.
Outdoor Audio & Wi-Fi
Wired to Last
Backyards get used hard from May through October. Whether you’re finishing a deck, doing a landscaping project, or building an outdoor kitchen, running the wiring now is significantly cleaner and less expensive than retrofitting through finished soffits and exterior walls later. We pre-wire for outdoor speakers, exterior access points, and any low-voltage runs your outdoor space needs — all routed back inside to a central point.
Outdoor Speaker Pre-Wire
Weatherproof speaker cable to patio, deck, pergola, and backyard speaker locations. Routed inside to a central amplifier or distribution point. Compatible with Sonos Amp, Q-SYS, and standard multi-zone amps.
- 14/2 or 16/2 outdoor-rated speaker cable
- In-ground conduit for longer backyard distances
- Best done during landscaping, deck builds, or soffit work
- Indoor and outdoor zones share the same central point
Exterior Wi-Fi Access Points
Cat6 drops to eaves, soffits, garages, and outbuildings for dedicated outdoor access points. Reliable backyard Wi-Fi for working outside, streaming music, or supporting outdoor cameras and smart devices.
- PoE-powered — no separate power outlet needed at the mount
- Compatible with UniFi, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki outdoor APs
- Covers pools, garages, backyard studios, detached structures
- Integrates cleanly with indoor rack and switch
Both services integrate with our Sonos installation and Wi-Fi optimization work — indoor and outdoor zones from one organized system.
Wiring That Connects to
Real Infrastructure
The cabling is only part of it. We also install and configure the hardware your structured wiring connects to — managed switches, PoE for cameras and access points (including outdoor), and rack builds that keep everything organized and accessible. This is the same infrastructure that supports our Wi-Fi optimization work and integrates cleanly with Control4 home automation and Sonos audio distribution.

Centralized, Labelled,
Ready to Expand
In a recent residential project, we completed a full structured low-voltage wiring build to centralize the system and keep future upgrades manageable. Cat6 cabling was terminated to a patch panel with clear labels, the rack was organized for clean servicing, and every line was tested before the system went live.

What Was Installed
A clean, centralized rack with tidy cable routing and labelled drops — designed to support future access points, AV zones, and new endpoints without rework.
- Centralized rack with patch panel termination and organized routing
- Labelled Cat6 runs to key rooms and equipment locations
- Serviceable layout for fast maintenance and future changes
- Tested lines — every run verified before handoff
- Clean pathways to support access points and new endpoints over time

& the Greater Toronto Area
Properties in this city vary considerably — older homes in North York with limited cable pathways, newer builds in Etobicoke and Scarborough with open floor plans, condos downtown where building access rules apply, and commercial units where wiring often needs to happen after hours. We work across all of these regularly and assess realistic pathways before quoting scope.
For projects outside the city, we cover the GTA broadly including network installation in Aurora, Vaughan, Mississauga, Newmarket, Oakville, and Markham.
