The Frame TV isn’t installed like a regular flat-screen. It uses Samsung’s Slim Fit wall mount, an external One Connect Box, and a single nearly invisible cable between them. Get all three right and it looks exactly like art hanging on a wall — flush, no gap, no visible wires, no sign there’s a TV there when it’s in Art Mode.

The Frame sits just 7.5mm from the wall — no bracket gap. Looks like a framed picture hanging on the wall, not a TV mounted to it.
One Connect Box hidden
All HDMI inputs, USB, and power connect to a slim external box — not the TV itself. We conceal the box and route the single invisible cable cleanly out of sight.
Art Mode configured
Art Mode set up before we leave — artwork selected, motion sensor active, brightness auto-adjusted to ambient light. The TV dims when you leave the room.
Above-fireplace ready

High-rise condos near Square One typically have concrete walls behind the drywall. Buildings often require insurance certificates before contractors enter. We send documentation ahead, confirm the wall type on arrival, and use masonry anchors rated for the TV’s weight. Slim surface channels are used instead of in-wall runs for cables.
Port Credit and older detached homes
Older homes in Port Credit and along the lakeshore often have plaster-on-lath walls — a different challenge from modern drywall. Plaster cracks easily if you drill without finding the lath. We probe the wall before drilling and use appropriate anchors. In-wall cable runs are usually possible but need more care.
Erin Mills and newer builds
Newer construction in Erin Mills, Churchill Meadows, and Streetsville is mostly standard metal stud drywall — straightforward for TV mounting and in-wall cable work. If you’re in a brand-new home, pre-wiring during the build is an option worth considering for a cleaner result.
