How we get a pair of speakers inside a finished wall without a mess.
We confirm what's behind your wall from photos or a short site visit, then cut the two openings to the speaker's exact dimensions, run in-wall-rated speaker cable back to the Amp, and dry-fit each speaker before it's wired live — so nothing is cut until we know it's clear of wiring, insulation or ductwork.
Placement
We walk the wall with you first, confirming stud spacing, the depth behind the drywall and the best height and spread either side of the TV, fireplace or media wall for even, centred stereo imaging.
Cutting in
We cut the two openings to the speaker's cutout dimensions, check for wiring, insulation or ductwork behind the drywall before cutting, and dry-fit each speaker before it's wired live.
Wiring
We run speaker cable from each opening back to the Sonos Amp, using cable rated for in-wall use and a route that avoids electrical runs.
Mounting the Amp
The Amp itself isn't in the wall — it goes in a cabinet, closet or rack near your network, with room to breathe.
Tuning
Once both speakers are wired and powered, we run Trueplay on the pair through the Sonos app, so the amp compensates for your specific wall, furniture and room shape rather than playing flat.

What does the Sonos In-Wall Set cost, installed?
The In-Wall Set — the Sonos Amp plus your pair of in-wall speakers — is $1,943, delivered free anywhere in the GTA. That price is for the hardware. Cutting the openings, running wire and mounting the set is quoted separately, after photos or a short site visit, because every wall is different. It’s sold by SetupTeam as an authorized Sonos Gold Dealer, so it carries the full Sonos manufacturer’s warranty.
This set alone clears the $1,500 threshold, so setup is free with this set — unboxing, Sonos app and account setup, Wi-Fi connection, room grouping and Trueplay tuning, at no extra charge. Spend $3,000 or more and you also get a $150 installation credit (12-month validity). None of this covers cutting in, wiring or mounting the speakers themselves — that labour has no published price. We quote it after photos or a site visit, as part of a full Sonos installation, and when you buy the hardware here, that labour is 25% off, with a $200 minimum.

Does the In-Wall Set join a Sonos system you already have?
Yes. The Sonos Amp in this set joins your existing Sonos system through the Sonos app the same way any other Sonos product does, so it can play in sync with speakers you already own, or run as its own room. If you're extending an existing system, tell us what you have and we'll confirm the pairing before we quote the install.
If your media wall centres on a specific TV or soundbar, tell us the model and we'll confirm exactly how the In-Wall Set connects before we quote.
