These policies work together. Your Terms of Service is the umbrella agreement for installation and other services, and the Warranty and Cancellation & Refund policies form part of it. Products you buy on their own are covered by our Terms of Sale, which include the returns rule. Where a signed agreement or an accepted quote says something different for your specific project, that document takes priority. Nothing here removes rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
