What does a full surround set actually change in your living room?
A single soundbar sends sound from one shelf. This set surrounds you: dialogue and effects from the front, bass you feel in your chest from the Sub 4, and ambient sound — rain, crowd noise, a car passing behind you — from the two Era 300 rears. It's the difference between watching a movie and sitting inside one.

What does SetupTeam actually do when we install this system?
We place, wire, connect and Trueplay-tune all four pieces of the set as one job — Arc Ultra, the Sub 4 and both Era 300 rears — so nothing is left half-configured for you to finish. Installation labour itself is quoted separately, after we've seen photos or the room.
Placement
We measure your seating position and set the two Era 300 rears in the same orientation, behind and to the side of your usual seat, per Sonos's own surround guidance, and confirm Arc Ultra's spot relative to the TV's HDMI-ARC input.
Wiring
We run power to all four units, connect Arc Ultra to your TV's HDMI-ARC port (required for Dolby Atmos), and set the Era 300 rears on the network the right way for your setup.
Mounting or furniture placement
Rears go on stands, shelving or existing furniture at the height we've measured for; if you'd like a wall bracket, we scope it at the same visit.
Tuning
We run Trueplay room tuning on-site so the system calibrates to your actual walls, floor and furniture, not a showroom.

What does the Ultimate Immersive Set cost with installation?
The hardware is $3,661, and delivery is free across the GTA. Setup — unboxing, app and account setup, Wi-Fi connection, room grouping and Trueplay tuning — is free on any order over $1,500, and this set qualifies. Spend over $3,000 and you also get a $150 installation credit, valid for 12 months.

Setup and installation aren't the same thing. Setup gets the system talking to your Wi-Fi and app. Installation — running wires, mounting Era 300 rears, positioning everything for the room — is quoted separately after we see photos or visit the site, because a four-speaker layout depends on your walls and furniture. Buy the hardware here and installation labour is 25% off, with a $200 minimum visit.
Does this system work with the TV and Wi-Fi I already have?
Arc Ultra needs your TV's HDMI-ARC port; we confirm your model during the quote. This connection is required to play Dolby Atmos content and to control TV power and volume by voice. The system runs on your home Wi-Fi, and when Arc Ultra connects wirelessly, the Era 300 rears connect wirelessly too, rather than by ethernet.
If you already own an older Sonos Sub or soundbar, tell us when you book — Arc Ultra is designed to pair with Sub 4 and earlier Sub generations. Planning to add more Sonos rooms later, such as a Sonos Amp for a separate set of powered speakers, is also worth discussing at the same visit.
