Fully insured and WSIB covered on every job
Shifts, loosens, comes out of level — we return at no charge
Licensed, insured, Sonos-trained, Control4-certified. And we actually fix things.
A lot of installers can hang a TV on a drywall wall. What separates a professional job is what happens when the wall isn’t drywall, when the soundbar refuses to pair, when the HDMI handshake keeps dropping, or when something that looked right on installation stops working a week later. Our installers are trained by Sonos and certified by Control4 — we diagnose and fix in the same visit, not on a return call.
We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance and full WSIB on every job. Insurance certificates go out the day before. Elevator time is booked when we confirm. All hardware — HDMI cables, power cords, AV cables, anchors for every wall type — is on the truck. We don’t improvise on site and we don’t leave until everything works.
Beyond the TV: Sonos installation and whole-home audio, Wi-Fi and network optimization, home cinema builds, and Control4 smart home setup — available in the same appointment.

Most of the complexity isn’t in the mounting itself — it’s in what comes before and around it. High-rise living adds several layers that suburban installs don’t have.
Concrete and metal stud walls
Poured concrete sits behind the drywall in most downtown and midtown towers. It needs masonry anchors — not toggle bolts, not standard wood screws. Metal stud partitions (common in inner walls) need different hardware again. We identify the wall type before the first hole.
Building access and documentation
Most Toronto condo corporations require a certificate of insurance before any contractor enters. Some also want a scope-of-work letter for jobs near shared walls, and many buildings require elevator bookings — often with a 24-hour lead time. We handle all of this as standard practice.
Cable routing on concrete
Running cables inside a concrete wall means drilling through it — a longer job that’s not always practical or necessary. In most Toronto condos, a slim painted surface channel is the cleaner and faster answer. We show you what it looks like before we start, and match the paint as closely as possible.
Equipment access and parking
Street parking near downtown addresses can be limited. We confirm access ahead of time and arrive with a single trip — everything we need is on the truck. No returning for parts, no second visits because we forgot something.

Samsung Frame TV on concrete — King West condo
Poured-concrete wall, no drywall cavity, insurance certificate submitted 24 hours prior. Slim Fit mount anchored with masonry hardware, One Connect cable surface-routed along the wall and painted to blend. Art Mode configured before we left.
Questions Toronto homeowners and condo residents ask.
Yes — we send a certificate of $2,000,000 liability insurance to your property manager the day before the job. If your building also requires a scope-of-work letter or WSIB clearance, we provide both. This is standard practice for us in Toronto condo buildings.
Masonry anchors — rated to the specific weight of your TV — driven into pre-drilled holes with a hammer drill and concrete bit. We never use standard drywall anchors on concrete. The wall is confirmed before drilling; we bring both concrete and metal-stud hardware on every truck.
Yes. We confirm heat clearance from the firebox, set the mount angle based on your seating distance, and route all cables neatly. In a condo with a gas insert we also check flue clearance before picking the final mount location. This is one of our most common requests.
Correct — drilling through a concrete slab is a separate structural job, not a TV installation. Instead we fit a slim low-profile channel along the wall, painted to match the surface as closely as possible. Done neatly it’s barely noticeable. We show you exactly what it will look like before we start.
You don’t need to do anything. We contact your concierge when we confirm the appointment and book the service elevator for the arrival window. Most Toronto buildings have a 24-hour notice requirement — we build this into our scheduling automatically.
The Slim Fit mount attaches with masonry anchors — same process as any concrete wall mount. The One Connect Box is positioned on a shelf or behind the TV, and the invisible connection cable is routed along the wall surface in a painted channel. Art Mode is configured before we leave. Starts at $199.99.
Yes. We mount the soundbar at the correct height below the TV, connect via HDMI ARC or eARC, and conceal all cables. We carry Sonos Arc, Beam, and Ray on every truck as an authorized Gold Dealer. Other brands — Bose, Samsung, Yamaha — are also connected and calibrated.
Yes. Offices, boardrooms, reception areas, restaurants, and retail spaces across the city. Multiple screens, video conferencing system integration, and structured cable management are all available. Contact us with the project scope and we’ll quote it clearly.
Same-day is often available for single-room residential jobs, especially weekdays. Next-day is almost always available. Call or message with the TV size, wall type, and postal code — we’ll confirm a time the same day you reach out.
At $169.99 you supply the mount and we install it on a standard drywall wall — labour, anchors, and levelling included. At $299.99 we supply a tilt mount and include wire concealment up to 6 feet. Concrete walls, fireplaces, Frame TV, and TVs above 65 inches are each quoted separately based on scope.
